At Courteous Travel, we take your privacy very seriously. All data pertaining to completed work is only stored off-line, not in the cloud and we don't use cookies.





    Data Kept and Stored

    The only personal information retained by us about our customers is the following:

    1. Contact Name - to enable us identify you.

    2. Contact Phone Number - in case we need to speak to you about your booking

    3. Contact Mobile Number - in case we need to communicate with you and, to send you texts about your booking with us, if necessary.

    4. Address - so we know where to pick you up from and or drop you off.

    5. email - so we can email you our official booking confirmation and, as with the mobile number, communicate with you electronically.

    The above is the only information we keep. Once your travel has been completed, we will retain this information as it will enable us to better serve you with future bookings.


    Your Rights

    If you do not want us to retain your details on our system once your travel has been completed, please let us know this at time of booking, drop us an email or letter and we will remove your details from our system within 48 hours of receiving your instructions or completion of your journey.


    Sharing Your Data

    We will NOT share, sell or make available any of your details with any third party, this is used only for internal purposes only.

    We do NOT deposit any cookies on your browser when you visit our website.
